What is a .ICF file?
The most common data format on the web.
An ICF file is most commonly a configuration backup created by a Zoom router or modem through its web admin panel. Open it in any text editor to read the settings, or restore it via the router's admin interface. It is a plain-text file and carries no executable code, so the file itself is safe to open.
