What is a .MRC file?
The most common data format on the web.
An MRC file is most commonly a script for mIRC, the Windows IRC chat client. Open it in Notepad++ to read the code, then load it into mIRC via Tools > Scripts Editor > File > Load. Always review the script first. mIRC scripts run real commands and can be malicious.
