What is a .XMCD file?
The most common data format on the web.
An XMCD file is a PTC Mathcad XML worksheet created by Mathcad 13-15, an engineering calculation document holding live equations, math regions, units, text, and plots. Open it free with SMath Studio, or with PTC Mathcad. Newer Mathcad Prime uses .MCDX and can import .xmcd via a conversion step.
